Cassia will be having surgery in a few days on October 19, 2015, so no orders will be fulfilled between October 13th and November 1st. If you place an order during this time period, your order will ship on November 2nd.

If you’ve already placed an order and would like to cancel it and receive a refund, you should be able to log into your cassialeo.com account and cancel the order. Once we receive the cancelation, we will process the full refund. If your refund is not processed within 24 hours of your cancelation or credited to your account within five (5) business days, please send an email to cassialeoassistant@gmail.com so we can check on it.
