Autographed merchandise is non-refundable or exchangeable. Merchandise that is not autographed is refundable or exchangeable up to 90 days after the purchase date. If you’re at all dissatisfied with your purchase for non-autographed items, or would like to make an exchange for an item in a different color or size, please complete and submit a return and exchange form.

To Make an Exchange:

  • The items you would like to exchange must be returned within 90 days of your order date. If items are not returned in the manner specified here, we cannot be held responsible.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages; please ask for proof of delivery and a tracking number when returning your merchandise.

Returning Items to

We are very happy to replace merchandise with faulty components or to refund an online order for an amount that’s up to the original purchase price. Please read and follow the below terms and conditions when making a return:

  • We require you to send proof of your purchase, so please include a copy of your order receipt or a blank slip of paper with your order number on it.
  • Upon receipt of the items to be returned, we will credit the method of payment used to make the online purchase. We will process your refund immediately, as long as the above conditions are met.

Receiving Your Refund:

  • Should your return comply with all conditions outlined above, the original purchase amount will be credited to the method payment used to purchase the merchandise..
  • The amount refunded will be the cost of items returned, minus shipping costs. We will process your refund immediately upon receipt of your returned merchandise.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the return or exchange of items purchased online at, but we will pay for all shipping costs related to replacement merchandise and sending out exchanges.
